When I was a young kid with autism I had an AWFUL time trying to sleep. Today over half of children with autism have one or more chronic sleep problems. In this workshop I’ll be discussing sleep environments, underlying sensory issues that may cause sleep challenges, bedtime routines and much more! Will also discuss specific sleep challenges children have versus teens or adults.
