Our 3rd Annual Autism & Sensory-Friendly Santa Event brought some Christmas cheer to our community! On the weekend of Dec 17-18 at Jersey City Museum, we welcomed more than 180 kids for some holiday fun! This free event would have not been possible without generous donations and sponsorships from members in our community. In total we were able to raise over $7500 that will go to the nonprofit KFM Making a Difference that provides scholarships for students with autism to pursue a post-secondary education.
We’d like to thank all of our volunteers who made this event possible along with the Medical Center-Barnabas Health for donating the space for us to host our event. With your end of the year donation you can help us continue our scholarship program and our sensory-friendly Santa event going for years to come! Watch this video that CBS News produced about our event this year to see where your tax-deductible donation will be going to this holiday season.
