Light It Up Blue, the global autism awareness initiative started by Autism Speaks celebrates its 7-year anniversary this year since it began in 2009 on World Autism Awareness Day to shine a light on our autism community. I’ve been a huge fan of #BreakingBlueNews on Autismspeaks.org since it started. Can’t wait to see the new buildings that will go blue for the first time this year (my personal favorite being One World Trade Center).
