LEGO are becoming more inclusive of the disability community with their announcement of their first-ever figure that has a disability. The new set that they will be releasing will feature a young man who uses a wheelchair.
Rebecca Atkinson, co-founder of ToyLikeMe, shared with The Mighty, “I’m hopeful this is the beginning of real core brand commitment from LEGO to continue positively representing disabled children in their much loved toys.”
