Grenache, a restaurant based in the U.K. is receiving praise for how he stood by one of his waiters in Andy Foster who has autism after several customers unfairly complained about his service. The customer said to Mike Jennings, the owner of the restaurant that night, ‘What is wrong with him? Why would you give him a job?
Jennings later explained the situation on behalf of the Grenache Facebook page where he wrote,
“Here at Grenache, we employ staff based on experience, knowledge and passion… We do not discriminate.”
