Our 2nd Annual Autism-Friendly Santa Event @ Santa’s Elf Factory was a huge hit for our community! Taking place on the weekend of Dec 5-6 and Dec 12-13 at Jersey City Museum, we welcomed over 400 kids for some holiday fun to meet Santa! This free event also welcomed sponsorships for the kids and donations at the door that helped our non-profit, KFM Making A Difference, raise over $8,000 dollars that will go to their scholarship program to help students with autism pursue a post-secondary education!
I’d like to send my appreciation to JC Fun Raisers, KFM Making A Difference Jersey City Medical Center-Barnabas Health, our generous sponsors and finally all of our amazing volunteers!
Thanks to the donations of those in our community we’ve been able to help 20 students with autism with scholarship aid for college in the past 4 years!
If you’d like to help our scholarship program going strong you can help make an end of the year tax-deductible donation to our non-profit here
Wishing everyone a blessed holiday season!
