The Goo Goo Dolls Will Headline a Benefit to Raise Funds for Autism

The Goo Goo Dolls are helping our autism community in a big way during April for Autism Awareness Month. The event called Artists for Autism is a concert they will headline that will benefit the Institute for Autism Research at Canisus College. The concert is scheduled to take place at 8 pm on April 18th at the Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall, SUNY Buffalo State.

Goo Goo Dolls wrote on their twitter page. “We are doing a hometown show for a great cause. We hope to see you there.”

You can read more about the benefit here. Way to go Goo Goo Dolls! If you need a self-advocate to discuss their experiences with autism to help spread awareness during Autism Awareness Month just let me know. Would love to help support what you are doing.
