ThelmaLou’s mission is to create a business platform that would provide a stable learning environment for adults with developmental disabilities. By providing education through skills such as graphic design, marketing, e-commerce, social communication, purchasing, packaging, and more, we will be able to educate, provide employment, financial freedom, and encourage independence.
As entrepreneurs and moms of autistic people, Pamela and Kerrie see how the mission can not only help their own children but many others. Thelma is a certified BCBA and has years of experience teaching and guiding those with cognitive delays. She is on one end of the spectrum and acts as our educator and our “Yoda” if you will on how to get our youth and young adults to learn the skills needed to succeed. Lou (Louise) is the business/artist. With her years of experience in art, graphic design, and business she is the other end of our spectrum.

Kerry Magro, a professional speaker and best-selling author who is also on the autism spectrum started the nonprofit KFM Making a Difference in 2011 to help students with autism receive scholarship aid to pursue a post-secondary education.
