Michael Coyne, a young man with autism told this to ABC 6. His mom suggested he look at other ways towards finding employment and that started the coffee shop Red, White & Brew which Michael runs.

Employment is a key topic in our autism community as the majority of those with autism are unemployed or underemployed. Growing up with autism, I saw many of my friends in the autism community having challenges finding work. Now as a professional speaker I give talks to businesses about the ROI benefits of hiring skilled people with disabilities in the workplace. It’s given me the opportunity to give a Talks at Google which you can watch below along with speaking to groups such as American Express, JP Morgan Chase, PNC Bank, PSEG among others.
Would you like me to give a lunch-and-learn or another type of special event to spread awareness on this topic. Contact me here for more details.
